Thanks for checking out this site.  I realize $129,900 seems like a lot to ask for a Cape Cod, especially if you’ve checked Zillow or Redfin, but here’s the thing – this is my childhood home.  This is where my fondest memories were made, where holidays were celebrated, and where lasting relationships were first established.  Growing up, this was an idyllic neighborhood.  My friends and I would stay out late on summer nights chasing lightning bugs, playing freeze tag, and just being kids.  This was a great neighborhood to grow up in.  Neighbors look out for one another, they care for one another – it’s home to wonderful, salt-of-the-earth people.  I’m not simply selling my childhood home, I’m offering a lifetime of cherished memories, too.  I hope you can understand I don’t want to sell this home to just anyone, which is why I am not interested in calls from agents and/or investors.  I would like the right family to take over this property and care for it in the same way my parents did for 60-years.  This 3-bedroom, 1-bath, home with a basement family room and adjacent utility room has been well-maintained, it’s solid, and while the next owner will likely need to do some cosmetic upgrades, it’s move-in ready.  The house sits on a double lot with a spacious 2-car garage.
